My name is Tina or I am also known as Dalkeith Fitness Mum. I work as a personal trainer from my private gym based in Dalkeith, Midlothian. I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions, group training, ladies only fitness classes, personalised diet plans, on-line & hybrid coaching (mixture of on-line & face to face).

Based on your goals and circumstances I will create a fitness plan to suit your life style. Whether you want to shed some extra pounds, tone up, get fitter & healthier or all of the above – I can create a fitness plan to fit in with your lifestyle and schedule.

Working from my own spacious personal gym based in Dalkeith – you can enjoy privacy during 1-2-1 sessions or you can also book a group session and come with a friend which is a great option if you want some friendly motivation & help to split costs of training.

If you can’t find a childminder, you are welcome to bring your kids along. I am a mum to a wee toddler myself and know how hard it can be to find time for yourself, that is why I welcome mums with kids and try to make my gym as child friendly as possible. There is a safe play area in the gym to keep your little ones busy with lots of fun toys, TV with cartoons & educational child programs & WiFi.  I also welcome breastfeeding mums and offer baby led sessions as well.

Are you thinking about starting your journey to a fitter, healthier & happier you? But you have never been to the gym before and don’t know where to start… Are you feeling a bit intimidated going to a big commercial gym with lots of people and strange new equipment you aren’t sure how to use… Do not worry! My gym is NOT shared with anyone else, you can rest assured you will be the only person there along with your PT (unless you choose group training). The gym is fully equipped with cardio vascular and weight training equipment.

After I assess your individual goals, lifestyle & schedule, I will tailor a personalised nutrition and fitness plan that will help you get the results that you want. You will receive a printed copy of your diet and training plan with step by step instructions. I also offer full support between sessions and am happy to answer any nutrition or training questions that might arise during your journey to a new fitter and healthier You.


What you will receive:

  • 1-2-1 personal training (group appointment available if you want to work out with a friend).
  • Nutritional advice to achieve long lasting sustainable results. I will teach you everything you need to know about eating a healthy balanced diet, making it sustainable, getting results whilst still enjoying your favourite treats guilt free.
  • Ongoing support and information.
  • Access to a private personal gym complete with cardio / weights / resistance equipment.
  • Five Hours 1-2-1 Personal Training Block Booking £150
  • If you want to bring a friend(s) you can split the costs (3 persons max)
Cancellation policy:

Please be advised that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours requires full payment.
