My name is Tina. I work as a personal trainer from my exclusive ladies only gym based in Easthouses, Midlothian. Me and our amazing team of coaches offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions, group training, ladies only fitness classes, personalised diet plans.

Based on your goals and circumstances we will create a fitness plan to suit your life style. Whether you want to shed some extra pounds, tone up, get fitter & healthier or all of the above – we can create a fitness plan to fit in with your lifestyle, schedule and budget.

If you can’t find a childminder, you are welcome to bring your kids along to most of our sessions (please ask us about our kid friendly sessions). There is a safe play pen area in the gym to keep your little ones busy with lots of fun toys, and free Wi-Fi for older kids.
